Estimate

Exterior painting of home

Complete exterior of home will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Once home is thoroughly dry we will apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Solid Latex Siding Stain by brush to all clapboards. (Home will be brushed, not sprayed.)

Trim

Any loose flaking areas will be prepped by sanding.

Any open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint by brush.

While painting we will remove downspouts so we can paint behind them and reinstall upon completion.

Shutters will be primed and painted your choice of color.

Front door and garage doors will be painted your choice of color.

All extra paints will be left for future touchups.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge while we are there.

Labor and Materials: $8,950

Option 2- Interior stairway and upstairs hallway

Ceiling will be painted flat white.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Prior to painting we will fill any minor holes and imperfections if necessary.

Stair trim that is currently painted white will be painted.

Stained trim in this area will not be painted.

Labor and Materials: $1,400

Total Labor and Materials: $10,350

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
