Interior- Scope of work to include interior painting of 4 bedrooms and stairway. This will also include bathroom doors but not anything other than doors inside of bathroom.
Ceilings
In the above listed areas, ceilings will be painted flat white.
Trim
We will fill minor holes and imperfections and caulk open joints, gaps and seams.
Trim will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color in either a satin or a semi gloss finish.
Walls
We will fill minor holes and imperfections and paint 2 coats of your choice of color and sheen.
While painting we will take precautions to cover floors, furnishings, etc. as well as keeping black hinges and door knobs free and clear of paint.
Upon completion we will leave any leftover paints for future touchups.
Labor and Materials: $4,500

**Note: Because of the climate we live in we are unable to guarantee wooden decks and will not be held responsible. It is a horizontal surface that water sits on repeatedly and no matter how much preparation we do there can still be flaking and peeling caused from it. The constant sun, rain and snow causes wear and tear on a flat surface that we have no control over.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.
WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $320
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
