Exterior

House will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. Extreme mossy area up along roof will be removed after the soft washing process is completed. We will go up with a scrub brush while painting.

All trim and siding on house will be prepped as needed.

Loose flaking areas will be sanded using electric orbital sanders.

Barn board siding where they are sticking out will needed to be renailed to pull them in as best as possible. This is in about 10-15 areas.

Our estimate will also include replacing up to 6 pieces of rotting wood.

Complete home and trim will be sprayed and back brushed to work it into the wood grain to create a longer lasting finish.

Home will need to be sprayed so we can get into the cracks of the barn board siding. As it is right now, there is no protection in there.

We would recommend spraying house and trim 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes latex acrylic siding stain.

We realize the decks on home will not be painted at this time, however we will give them a light washing during the soft washing process just to clean them. This quote does not include painting or staining decks.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
