Estimate

Interior Painting - Complete interior of home (not to include laundry room ceiling or walls, trim only)

Floors will be covered off using Rosin Paper to prevent any paint spatter.

Holes and imperfections in walls will be filled and sanded smooth.

Will take down all curtain rods, brackets, etc. and dispose of all items. But wants to keep curtain rods & brackets in sitting room upstairs and 2 bedrooms.

Ceilings will be painted 1 coat of flat white.

All woodwork in home will be painted 1 coat of Benjamin Moore Regal Select semi-gloss color to be White Dove. This will include all stair kick boards and balusters.

All walls in home will be painted 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select Matte Finish color to be Manchester Tan.

Closets in home will be painted 1 coat of flat white (same product as ceilings).

Will cut back older carpets 2"away from baseboard so we are able to paint baseboard all the way down to the floor.

Will remove all debris from home leaving home in a broom swept condition.

Labor and Materials: $8,900

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
