Interior Painting

Painting of cabinetry

All cabinet doors and drawer fronts will be removed.

We will wash them to remove any debris and grease.

Doors and drawer fronts will be brought back to our shop. Pieces that can't be removed such as frames, end panels etc. will be left in place.

All cabinet parts will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion, primed with BIN primer sealer and painted 2 coats in your choice of color with Sherwin Williams Emerald premium paint in either satin or semigloss finish- we recommend satin.

Doors and drawer fronts will be sprayed. Parts that cannot be removed will be brushed and rolled with a fine foam roller.

We realize you will be changing out the knobs so we will fill the holes. This quote does not include drilling new holes for new knobs.

Once everything is dry we will reinstall upon completion and leave any leftover paints for future touchups.

Please note this does not include painting inside the actual cabinets- we will only be painting the fronts and backs of doors, as well as the outer frames.

Labor and Materials: $4,250

Painting of foyer to bottom of stairs, living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway

Ceilings- will be painted 2 coats of flat white paint.

Walls- we will fill minor holes and imperfections as well as remove speaker and fix any small stress cracks. Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

This will not include painting of any of the stained woodwork (door casings, window casings, etc.)

Labor and Materials: $2,200

We will fix stress crack in living room ceiling and adjoining wall, however we can not guarantee that the crack will not come back.

Total Labor and Materials: $6,450

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
