Estimate

Exterior- Scope of work to include prepping and painting of all shingle siding on home.

House will be thoroughly soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

All shingles on home will be thoroughly sanded using random electric orbital sanders to remove as much flaking paint as possible and for maximum bonding for the new coat to be applied.

All bare areas will be spot primed, and we will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint by brush and roll- not sprayed- so we can work it into the grain for a longer lasting paint job.

When sanding and painting, we will cover all necessary areas such as roofs, walkways, shrubbery, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

Labor and Materials: $12,575

Please note- this does not include painting of any trim on the home. It is limited to the siding only

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
