Exterior - Rear deck & steps, does not include inside screen porch area

Deck railings and spindles on back of home will be thoroughly power washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Will use detergent to try to clean deck as best as possible.

Once dry we will thoroughly sand deck and apply 1 coat of Mahogany stain to deck railings as well as newer portion of deck not including screened in porch area.

Even once washed, sanded and stained you will see a difference between the decks. Some is brand new, some older and some protected from screen porch area so there will be variations.

Labor and Materials: $2,200

**Note: Because of the climate we live in we are unable to guarantee wooden decks and will not be held responsible. It is a horizontal surface that water sits on repeatedly and no matter how much preparation we do there can still be flaking and peeling caused from it. The constant sun, rain and snow causes wear and tear on a flat surface that we have no control over.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
