Exterior Painting - House and Shed

Complete exterior of home will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew using a mild bleach, TSP & Dawn dish detergent solution.

Clapboards on home will be prepped as needed.

Severely peeling areas will be sanded using electric orbital sanders. Will also use sanders to remove Ivy vines where attached.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint in your choice of color.

Trim on home will be prepped as needed.

Severely peeling areas will be sanded with electric orbital sanders.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim.

Noticed 4-5 rotted boards which will be replaced.

**This estimate does not include washing or staining of any decks.

Labor and Materials: $13,900

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
