Interior painting of kitchen and bathroom

Bathroom Trim

We noticed there are several gauges that will need to be filled.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Trim that is currently bleeding will be primed with BIN to prevent further bleed through, and 1 coat of white semi gloss paint applied.

Walls

We will fill dimples, holes and imperfections.

Caulking will be applied along ceiling line where needed.

We will paint 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen.

Radiator

We will cut caulking free so end caps can be removed.

Radiator will be thoroughly sanded, primed with a rust primer and painted your choice of color- we recommend white to match trim.

Ceiling in bathroom will not be painted.

Kitchen

Ceiling will be painted flat white.

Walls will be prepped as needed by filling imperfections and lightly sanding.

We will paint walls 2 coats your choice of color.

Woodwork

We will fill joints, gaps and seams.

Woodwork will be painted in a semigloss finish.

Labor and Materials: $1,575

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
