Estimate

Exterior Painting - All exterior trim on home, clapboards & shutters

We do not feel the house needs to be power washed.

Mildew areas will be washed by hand using a bleach, tsp & dawn dish detergent mixture.

Trim will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Bare spots will be spot primed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim.

Front clapboards on house will be prepped as needed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of either Sherwin Williams Flat Duration paint or Woodscapes Latex Siding stain. Depending on which products were previously used.

Shutters will be washed, primed and painted. Then re-installed upon completion.

Will remove downspouts during painting and will be re-installed upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $5,900

If you wish to paint just the front of house and not the trim on the other three sides you can deduct $2,000 off the price listed above.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
