Interior Painting

Family room ceiling

Ceiling will be prepped by removing loose flaking paint, sealing out water stains, feathering in with 2 coats of joint compound, sanding smooth, and then we will touch up ceiling to match existing. Please note complete ceiling will not be painted. Before we do this repair we will need to poke it a couple times to see if the sheetrock is in good condition. If we need to replace it, it will be over and above the below quoted price and it could range up to another $500 if we need to put in large pieces of sheetrock in this area.

Labor and materials: $200

In all below listed rooms we will be painting walls 2 coats your choice of color. We will not be painting woodwork or ceilings.

Large family room, hallway, stairway, living room, first floor bathroom, and second floor bathroom.

Prior to painting we will fill any minor holes and imperfections.

We will remove popcorn off of ceiling in upstairs bathroom and prime and paint flat white.

We will paint the baseboard in the upstairs hallway all the way down to the carpet.

Labor and materials: $3,400

Kitchen cabinets and small bar cabinet area

All cabinet doors and drawer fronts will be removed.

We will wash them to remove any debris and grease.

Doors and drawer fronts will be brought back to our shop. Pieces that can't be removed such as frames, end panels etc. will be left in place.

All cabinet parts will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion, primed with BIN primer sealer and painted 2 coats in your choice of color with Sherwin Williams Emerald premium paint- we recommend satin finish.

Doors and drawer fronts will be sprayed. Parts that cannot be removed will be brushed and rolled with a fine foam mini roller.

This quote will include filling any holes in case you decide to change out cabinetry handles.

Once everything is dry we will reinstall upon completion and leave any leftover paints for future touchups.

Labor and materials: $4,230

Total for all options: $7,830

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
