Estimate

Interior Painting- Scope of work to include kitchen area (walls and trim), master bedroom (walls and trim), stairway going down to the basement, and complete basement painting of walls and trim.

Trim

All stained woodwork will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

We will apply 1 coat of BIN primer/ sealer.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Benjamin Moore Semigloss premium paint in your choice of color.

Walls

Walls in above listed areas will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Prior to painting we will fill minor holes and imperfections.

On lower level basement walls, we realize there will be new patching/ plastering done. These areas will be primed and painted 2 coats.

Labor and Materials: $4,900

Please note this estimate does not include painting any ceilings.

If when we come to paint, the sheetrock and plastering hasn't been done in the basement yet and we need to come back for a second phase to complete this, we could split the quote down to $2,500 for all the upstairs areas and $2,400 for the basement area.

While painting we will take precautions to cover floors, furnishings, etc. as needed to prevent paint spatter.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
