Estimate

Option 1- Interior Painting of Cafe Strega

The following areas will be lightly sanded, thoroughly cleaned if necessary (particularly hand railings), and have gel stain applied, and top coated with 2 coats of polyurethane.

Areas to include: front entry area under counter, all trim in upstairs of restaurant that is currently gray, one area in glass dining room area due to water damage, handrails, area in front of bathroom sinks, and area under coffee station. Bathroom doors on lower level as well as doors that are currently gray can either be gel stained or painted black.

Walls

We will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls and paint 2 coats your choice of color in either a matte or eggshell finish.

All walls in restaurant will be painted with the exception of the glass dining room.

We realize there may be accent colors, and if so that will be included in this price.

Ceiling

Ceiling in main foyer/ entry area will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Ceilings on lower level that have grids, where the grids are currently white we will paint 2 coats of black.

While painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings as needed to prevent paint spatter. When sanding, we will use a dustless sanding system. This project will take 3 days.

Labor and Materials: $12,500

Option 2- La Baia Restaurant

Interior painting of all walls that are currently blue/ gray. This will include all walls in main area.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color and sheen.

All trim in restaurant including door casings, baseboards, etc. will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

**Please note- ceilings will not be painted.**

We realize there may be an accent color, and if so that will be included in this price.

This project should take 2 days.

Labor and Materials: $5,900

Total Labor and Materials for Both Projects: $18,400

We will take precautions to cover flooring, furnishings, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
