Once you become a customer we also keep records such as estimates and quotes, work orders, service history, appointment records, invoices, and payment status.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Card and bank account numbers are submitted directly to those processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for those purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers who help us deliver the messages themselves — for example our scheduling software and messaging carrier — and only for that purpose.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one confirmation and then stop sending text messages. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of phone calls or email, and we may still need to reach you another way about work already scheduled at your property. How Long We Keep Information

Estimate and job records are generally retained for the length of any applicable warranty and any period required by law or our insurers, after which they are deleted or anonymized. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are required or permitted to keep it.
