Who Benefits from Professional Power Washing
Dirt, algae, mildew, and oil stains build up faster than most people realize — especially in New England's humid coastal climate. Here's who calls us most often.
For Homeowners
Stained driveways, green patios, and dingy siding drag down your curb appeal. Whether you're prepping for a painting project, getting ready to sell, or simply tired of looking at the grime — power washing transforms your property in a single visit.
For Businesses & Property Managers
First impressions start at the parking lot. Oil stains, dirty storefronts, and grimy walkways send the wrong message to customers and tenants. Our commercial power washing keeps your property looking professional and well-maintained year-round.
Power Washing for Every Hard Surface Around Your Property
Different surfaces demand different pressure levels, nozzle tips, and detergent formulations. Our crews adjust their approach for each material to deliver a thorough clean without risking damage.
Concrete and asphalt driveways take a beating from vehicle traffic, oil drips, tire marks, and New England weather. Over time, porous surfaces absorb stains that garden hoses can't touch. Our high-pressure washing at 2,500–3,000 PSI penetrates deep into concrete pores to extract embedded dirt, oil, rust stains, and organic growth.
Walkways and sidewalks develop slippery algae and moss — a safety hazard and an eyesore. We apply a pre-treatment detergent to break down biological growth before power washing, which means a cleaner result that lasts longer. For paver walkways, we reduce pressure and use fan-tip nozzles to clean between joints without displacing polymeric sand.
In-House Crews Only
Our dedicated six-person crew handles every project personally. No subcontractors means consistent quality, direct communication, and the same trusted team from start to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions About Power Washing
Not sure whether power washing is right for your surface, how often you need it, or what it costs? We answer the questions our customers ask most.
General Questions
Power washing uses high-pressure water (typically 1,500–3,000+ PSI) to blast dirt, stains, and buildup off hard surfaces like concrete, brick, and stone. Soft washing uses low pressure (under 500 PSI) combined with specialized cleaning solutions to safely clean delicate surfaces like vinyl siding, wood clapboards, painted surfaces, and roof shingles. We offer both services and will recommend the right method based on your surface material. As a general rule: hard surfaces get power washed, and anything that could be damaged by high pressure gets soft washed.
